The papers are the records of the organization that presented community wide arts and cultural programming in Niagara County, and also administered a re-grant program that distributed New York State funds to smaller arts organizations. The collection includes:
Organizational Records, including material about the renovation of the former Carnegie Library.
Board Meeting Records (1981-1999), including agendas, correspondence, financial statements, committee reports, program information, minutes.
Financial and Personnel Records, 1976-1998, including audits, IRS form 990 filings, and retirement plan filings.
Programs, promotional brochures and publicity.
Misc. correspondence and photographs.
New York State Council on the Arts (NYSCA) appllications, 1974-2000, including applications for grants to support activities and special projects of the Arts Council. files contain correspondence, information about presenters and artists, correspondence with NYSCA and local elected officials, and records of the NYSCA re-grant program adminsitered by the Niagara Council of the Arts.
