Welch, who was active in the Democratic Party and "Company E". Other topics include: 42nd Company, water rights, Woodrow Wilson, a letter from Jacob Riis, The State Reservation at Niagara, letter from the Buffalo Historical Society and others. These boxes were in an accordian file "A-Z" and are correspondence, reciepts, of T.V. Welch and nephew John J. Welch.
