Scope and Contents

10x12 matted prints of photographs by Orrin E. Dunlap of scenes around Niagara Falls. Included are images of the suspension bridge, the construction of Honeymoon Bridge, the Gorge Railroad construction and operation, the Niagara Falls Newspaper (possibly Niagara Gazette) printing room, the Cataract Hose Company Fire Engine, Norton Emery Wheel Co., the Niagara Reservation (primarily in winter), Ontario Power Company Dam Construction, and various local figures. Also included is a print of a lithograph of Suspension Bridge and a photograph by C.D. Brinckerhoff of President McKinley riding the Great Gorge Route briefly before his assassination in Buffalo.
