Scope and Contents
Drawer containing photographic materials and related textual documents describing a variety of groups and individuals from the Niagara Falls, N.Y. region and surrounding area. Materials includes photographic prints and negatives, cabinet cards, tintypes, carte de visite, and matted prints. Also present are related newspaper clippings, textual descriptions, reproduction photographic prints, and facsimiles of illustrations and images. Items of interest include portraits of notable figures such as Frederick Olmsted, and group portraits of local businesses and communities such as the Four Nations and Tuscarora Native Americans.
