Folder contains a land deed / Title Search, court summons, mortgage documents, correspondence, and estate information in delicate condition. Donor information is also present.

Donated items including a marriage booklet, facsimiles and clippings of newspapers, a copy of a check from Electric City Bank, and a Will of William Shephard. Also present are mounted prints and a damaged copy of Cobbs Juvenile Reader No. 3, circa 1832. Items donated by Ann Nolfe in 2009 and includes donor information and description.
