Correspondence, reports, articles, and other documents. The papers are the records of the organization that presented community wide arts and cultural programming in Niagara County, and also administered a re-grant program that distributed New York State funds to smaller arts organizations.

Primarily photographs of events at the E. Dent Lackey Plaza, including mostly KidsFest but also Polish Experience, Summer Experience, and various picnics. Also included are photos of artisans including bead worker Rosemary Hill, ceramicist Al Vold, writer Joan Murray, painter Alice Wadowski-Bak, and patron Armand J. Castellani. Also included is a brochure for the Niagara Arts and Cultural Center and raffle tickets from events.
