Box contains photo negatives and glass plate dry plates negatives. Images include family photos, the burning of the Second Clifton House in 1932 and other fires. Also present are images of people at the falls and cafes, railroad, deer hunting and hunting lodges / gun clubs, bridges and views of the falls, winter scenes the stone building on Goat Island with people, Fort Niagara, and a portrait.

Photographs show the results of the hotel fire in January 1918 and later after the fire. A significant number of photos show the ice that formed on the hotel as fire fighters sprayed water to put out the fire in 1918. Several photo prints are reproductions. Some images have hand written description on the back

Folder includes photographs of the Cataract House which was built in 1825 and burned down in 1945. Photographs also show various guests and honeymooners. Some photographs are images from pamphlets and publications. And some photographs show copies of the hotel guest log and signatures.
