Folder contains a memorandum from the New York State Supreme Court in the Matter of Frank O. Seed, a photographer for a Buffalo newspaper whose camera disturbed the court.

Photographs and obituary for George Meridith Barker, a well-known Niagara Falls photographer. Present is one cabinet card portrait of Barker (1844-1894) and a mounted photograph with his wife's family, the Shipmans. Folder also includes an original and facsimiles of 2 articles: one from Edward T. Williams (11/21/1946) and another by Teresa Lasher (4/4/1975).
